pulled Pork Sandwich

Chef Marks famous pulled pork  is not a quick fix. 
​
You can either do it in the oven or smoker  but it takes 12 to 14  hours to prepare.
 Then he takes bear claws and breaks down the  Boston Butt.  
This low and slow  method makes it juicy and satisfying. 

 Therefore it is not over sauced.  His method lets you taste the meat therefore the sauce is at a minimum 
and the sauce of course is his own creation for a sweet and spicy flavor.
