Dutch Oven Roast
Similar to Arby's "We Gots the Meats" this hunk of roast will make your mouth water and your house smell AMAZING!
Add your meat and brown it on every side then sautée your onions and carrots.
Pour in an entire box of beef broth and add some thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and three garlic cloves to really bring out the flavors. Let it cook in the Dutch Oven for up to 5 hours.
When the meal is done strain all of your veggies where you will have the au jus for your outstanding roast beef sandwich.
